At Lumeni Media, your satisfaction matters. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe on our behalf. To request a refund, contact us via the booking page with the email you used at checkout and we'll process the refund directly to your card.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please reach out as early as possible. The 50% deposit is refundable within the 30-day window described above; outside of that window, deposits may be applied as credit toward a rescheduled session.
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
