These Terms govern your use of services provided by Lumeni Media ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a session, purchasing a package, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Lumeni Media provides photography services including portrait, event, graduation, and family sessions, along with optional add-ons such as additional edits, prints, frames, and raw files. Final deliverables and timelines are described at the time of booking.
By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age and have authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You must not misuse our services, including by: (a) using them for any unlawful purpose; (b) committing fraud, spam, or harassment; (c) infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) interfering with the security or integrity of our systems (malware, probing, scraping, etc.).
All photographs, edits, branding, software and materials created or owned by Lumeni Media remain our property. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to the delivered images. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution requires written consent.
We work hard to deliver high quality results, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific subjective expectations.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due on or before the day of the session.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages such as lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumeni Media operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
